Location: New York, hybrid, with frequent travel and regular on-site presence at new US clinic locations

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end launch process for new US clinics, from pre-opening readiness through opening day.
• Travel to clinic sites, conduct installation-readiness assessments, and resolve gaps before launch.
• Lead hardware, software, integration setup, and comprehensive technology testing at each location.
• Coordinate inventory, supplies, equipment delivery, receipt, setup, and operational readiness.
• Work with operations, procurement, facilities, vendors, and internal technology teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Build and improve scalable launch playbooks, trackers, checklists, and post-launch processes.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, project management, or clinic, retail, or multi-site launch and opening roles.
• Exceptional organization with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complexity into clear action items.
• Proficiency with project management tools and experience setting up processes from scratch.
• Ability to work in ambiguity, build structure, and find practical solutions.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently and maintain regular on-site presence at new locations.
