Business Performance Improvement – FPM - Financial Planning and Analytics Senior Manager

Location: Hybrid role based in the Washington, DC–McLean / Tysons Corner, VA area, with in-person work in local offices and on client sites. Local or out-of-state travel may be required.

Salary: $139,000–$224,000 annually, plus a 14% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $158,460–$255,360.

What you will do

• Lead finance transformation engagements and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and business performance.
• Develop strategies and recommendations for complex client business problems using financial analytics, AI, and machine learning.
• Design and implement business processes and lead EPM technology initiatives.
• Manage project teams, work plans, deliverables, budgets, and client relationships.
• Build relationships with business leaders and executives while supporting business development, proposals, and new client opportunities.
• Mentor team members and create development and training opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Accounting or Finance; a graduate degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant FP&A and/or corporate finance experience; consulting experience is preferred.
• Experience with finance strategy, process improvement, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, financial reporting, analytics, and finance business partnering.
• Experience with AI and machine learning and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience leading teams, managing projects and budgets, interpreting data, and working with senior executives.
• Secondary experience with OneStream, Adaptive, Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud, and/or Oracle EPM/BPCS is expected.
