Assistant Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Milwaukee, WI, United States; hybrid/onsite

Salary: $108,160–$162,240 per year. Geographic-specific pay structures may apply in eligible locations.

What you will do

• Lead annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range financial planning for assigned business areas.
• Partner with Service leaders to translate financial and operational performance into actionable recommendations.
• Develop KPIs, financial metrics, financial models, scenario analyses, business cases, and investment evaluations.
• Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts and prepare executive-ready reporting on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage workforce and expense planning, including headcount forecasts, hiring requests, organizational changes, and staffing alignment.
• Drive process improvement, automation, cost optimization, AI adoption, and operational efficiency initiatives while coaching finance team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of financial leadership experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical, planning, budgeting, problem-solving, negotiation, and written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to develop and interpret financial models for complex analysis.
• Experience building relationships across organizational levels and leading through ambiguity, organizational change, and business transformation.
• Ability to work in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin corporate location in a hybrid/onsite arrangement.
