FP&A Manager, GTM (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote; U.S.-focused role

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 base salary per year, plus equity incentive eligibility and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead monthly GTM reporting for pipeline generation, conversion, CAC, and pipe-to-spend by channel, including variance analysis.
• Own the GTM budget and re-forecasting cycle, including demand-generation budgets and reallocations across channels.
• Build and maintain pipeline coverage models by segment and channel to support bookings targets.
• Own GTM unit economics, including CAC, payback, LTV, and net revenue retention, as well as measurement standards.
• Partner on sales capacity planning, quota coverage, representative ramp, territory productivity, and headcount requirements.
• Work with the CRO and CMO on pipeline reviews, channel investments, budget decisions, and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience, ideally in investment banking, private equity, GTM or sales finance, or a high-growth startup.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel, Salesforce reporting, and AI tooling proficiency.
• Experience improving processes and building scalable reporting infrastructure in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, structured problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Employment visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience owning GTM forecasting and modeling.
• Background in investment banking, private equity, or GTM and sales finance at a high-growth startup.
