CNC Operator (Weekend - Night Shift)

Location: United States; onsite manufacturing role. Weekend night shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 pm–6:00 am.

What you will do

• Set up and operate lathes, mills, and CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production program issues on the shop floor.
• Develop offline CNC programs for critical paths and production bottlenecks.
• Support new product introductions and project-related programming activities.
• Improve programming efficiency, cycle times, throughput, and machine utilization.
• Train and assist other CNC setup operators while documenting manufacturing activities accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in metalworking and experience with Mazak milling machines.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred; an associate or technical degree is also preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime, lift and carry up to 40 pounds, and perform physical shop-floor activities.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage changing priorities, and follow safety and environmental requirements.
