Senior Project Manager (Digital)

Location: Remote, LATAM-based; mandatory working hours are 09:00–18:00 KSA time.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery for digital retainers, website maintenance projects, and SEO/GEO content-led initiatives.
• Act as the primary operational contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, timelines, deliverables, and communication.
• Coordinate developers, designers, content specialists, and digital strategists across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Lead project planning, backlog prioritization, status meetings, and delivery coordination using Agile or comparable methodologies.
• Monitor budgets, resource allocation, team capacity, scope changes, dependencies, risks, and delivery performance.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and delivery visibility through project management and collaboration tools.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience managing digital projects in a digital agency, technology consultancy, or digital product delivery environment.
• Experience managing client-facing websites, digital content, or comparable digital delivery projects.
• Ability to independently manage delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accountability for outcomes.
• Experience with budget tracking, resource and capacity planning, scope and change management, and delivery risk management.
• Practical experience with Agile or comparable project delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
• Advanced English communication skills and availability to work the ongoing 09:00–18:00 KSA schedule from LATAM.

Nice to have

• Experience in a digital agency environment.
• Experience with website maintenance, SEO/GEO content initiatives, digital retainers, CMS platforms, or website delivery workflows.
• Experience delivering projects for government, enterprise, or large-scale transformation accounts in the Middle East.
• Professional fluency in Arabic.
• PMP, CSM, Agile PM, or comparable certification.
