Director, Product Management (B2B Software)

Location: US-Remote; onsite, hybrid, or remote work may depend on location. Travel of 20–30% may be required.

What you will do

• Lead a global product management department spanning entry-level through experienced professionals.
• Define product vision, strategy, priorities, and operational execution for integrated platforms.
• Gather customer, market, competitive, and product research and translate findings into product requirements.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and other functions on product strategy, GTM messaging, launches, training, and communications.
• Manage product and software development lifecycles, including prototyping, validation, usability testing, and release improvements.
• Build strategic relationships with customers, partners, providers, and other external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience and 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience leading teams, setting objectives, mentoring managers and professionals, and influencing executive leadership.
• Strong customer service, communication, presentation, analytical, critical-thinking, project-management, and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical documentation and address complex problems requiring investigation and analysis.
• Availability to work in the United States under the stated US-Remote, onsite, hybrid, or remote arrangement depending on location.
