Director Product Management, Mobile

Location: Hybrid role based near hirify.global offices in Memphis, Tennessee; Dallas, Texas; or McLean, Virginia, United States. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Salary: $145,000–$190,000 annually, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Annual Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Provide strategic oversight for Product Owners across multiple mobile app pods.
• Define and communicate the mobile app vision and roadmap with the Senior Director of Mobile App Product.
• Manage and mentor Product Owners as they define and deliver product features, user stories, and business requirements.
• Identify and prioritize customer needs across owners, hirify.global Honors members, guests, partners, and team members.
• Define success metrics, analyze post-launch data, and respond to user feedback and market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, analytics, marketing, brands, property, policy, regulatory, and market-facing teams.

Requirements

• 10 years of professional experience in technology, product, customer experience, or a related field.
• 6 years of professional product management experience.
• 3 years of experience managing and mentoring teams or leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with mobile app products and effective collaboration across technical and non-technical disciplines.
• Must be located near the Memphis, Dallas, or McLean office for the hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent technology-related experience through an associate degree or high school diploma/GED.
• 12 or more years of professional experience in technology, product, customer experience, or a related field.
• 3 or more years of agile product management experience in mobile applications.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or transportation.
