What you will do

• Support sales growth for hirify.global Drive in Romania.
• Establish strategic partnerships with companies that benefit from last-mile delivery solutions.
• Identify new partnership and growth opportunities using data and business insights.
• Build sales pipelines, negotiate agreements, and close partnerships with restaurants and retailers.
• Collaborate with retail and restaurant sales teams to expand existing partnerships into hirify.global Drive.
• Manage partner relationships and support long-term partner success.

Requirements

• Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce, or last-mile logistics sales is advantageous.
• Consultative sales approach with the ability to tailor solutions to specific partners.
• Commercial mindset and ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
• Ability to collaborate internally on long and complex deals.
• Fluent Romanian and English required.
