Global People Operations Leader (AI)

What you will do

• Lead and scale global People Operations across Europe, North America, and APJ.
• Develop regional People and Payroll teams, accountability, operating infrastructure, and consistent execution.
• Build a technology-, automation-, and AI-first People operating model, including agentic AI workflows for employee support, compliance, mobility, insights, and manager support.
• Own the People technology ecosystem, including HRIS, integrations, workflows, data architecture, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
• Oversee global Total Rewards and payroll operations, including compensation cycles, benchmarking, benefits, equity administration, vendors, controls, and multi-country execution.
• Support employment compliance, mobility, managers, organizational design, workforce planning, and data-informed organizational decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR or People experience with leadership across People Operations and Total Rewards.
• Experience scaling a global B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology company from approximately 300 to 1,000+ employees.
• Experience operating across Europe, North America, and APJ, including multiple entities and EOR populations.
• Strong experience with global People Operations, payroll, Total Rewards, HRIS, employee relations, compliance, and mobility.
• Experience building People infrastructure for scale in fast-growing, global, remote-first environments, including European employment contexts and France or similarly complex jurisdictions.
• Fluent English and French required; another European language is a plus.

• Experience identifying, designing, or deploying AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Experience using automation and AI to redesign work and increase People team capacity.
