Senior FP&A Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; not hiring in Alaska, Iowa, Maine, Mississippi, New Mexico, or West Virginia.

What you will do

• Lead monthly and quarterly expense variance analysis and compile close packages for assigned departments.
• Own expense-side P&L forecasting in partnership with FP&A, accounting, directors, and executives.
• Partner with business functions on headcount and expense planning.
• Maintain weekly headcount reconciliations and update related information in the HR software.
• Participate in finance and accounting projects and provide independent analysis and progress reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably in FP&A.
• Experience with Adaptive Insights or an equivalent planning platform.
• Strong understanding of expense-side P&L and other financial statements.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with vice president-level and C-level executives.
