FP&A Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid role based in Denmark, with regular office work required. Candidates in Holstebro, Aarhus, Horsens, Herning, or surrounding areas are particularly sought.

What you will do

• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, planning, reporting, and decision-making.
• Own the long-range planning model covering ARR, P&L, cash, and key performance indicators.
• Work with department leaders to understand business drivers, assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare actuals, monthly reporting, variance analysis, rolling forecasts, and management reporting materials.
• Own and develop Abacum, including data mapping, calculation logic, reconciliation, and platform improvements.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership and the private equity ownership group.

Requirements

• Approximately three to four years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business controlling, financial analysis, audit, transaction services, or a similar area.
• Strong foundation in financial modelling, forecasting, business analysis, and working with actuals and variance analysis.
• Ability to connect assumptions to business drivers and model revenue, costs, headcount, and other key areas without relying on hardcoded numbers.
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with non-Finance stakeholders and presenting findings.
• Willingness to work from the office regularly and collaborate in person.
• Curiosity, commercial judgement, ownership, and the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot, SQL, BI tools, or other business systems.
• Experience with Abacum or similar FP&A platforms.
