IT Engineer (Microsoft 365)

Location: Hybrid in Bogotá, Colombia; at least 2 days per week in the Bogotá office

Salary: 4,000,000–6,000,000 COP per month

What you will do

• Provide primary face-to-face and remote IT support for Americas offices, including troubleshooting macOS and Windows hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Set up equipment for new starters and meeting rooms, and manage hardware maintenance, lifecycle updates, and asset records.
• Troubleshoot office networks, including Wi-Fi, switching, firewalls, and access points, while coordinating with vendors and landlords.
• Support audio/visual and meeting-room technology across Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and related hardware.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, manage Freshservice tickets, and maintain endpoint security, patching, and scanning.
• Collaborate with the Global IT Director and regional IT contacts on incidents, projects, rollouts, documentation, onboarding, and offboarding.

Requirements

• Must work in the Bogotá office at least 2 days per week.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or IT engineering, ideally across multiple offices or regions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and Windows, with confidence using Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including Wi-Fi, switching, firewalls, and access points.
• Experience supporting audio/visual and meeting-room technology, including Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and related hardware.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish required; English must be at least B2, with C levels preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with endpoint and device management tools such as Jamf or Intune.
• Experience with Freshservice or similar ticketing systems.
• Exposure to international offices or distributed workforces.
