Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote from the Americas

Salary: $200,000–$265,000 annual base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Raise the product craft across the dashboard and recipient experience, including navigation, information architecture, empty states, motion, micro-interactions, and transitions.
• Own and improve the design system by defining reusable patterns, documenting them, and closing gaps that create one-off UI.
• Set a product foundations vision for craft, UX, and UI quality comparable to leading products such as Stripe or Brex.
• Design small projects for product pods without an embedded designer.
• Partner with an engineer to ship craft-focused work and support implementation.
• Use AI to prototype experiences and demonstrate how interactions should feel.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience, including work on B2B products.
• Strong visual design, UI, and motion design skills demonstrated through a portfolio.
• Experience owning and improving a design system.
• Experience with information architecture and defining a product vision or redesign.
• Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience using AI in design work, including prototyping with tools such as v0, Claude, Cursor, or similar.
