What you will do

• Define, design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for embedded software platforms.
• Lead verification and validation activities for embedded software and hardware systems.
• Develop and improve automated testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Lead system-level testing and integrate quality deliverables across multiple teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality requirements, and functional safety regulations.
• Mentor test engineers and development teams while supporting release readiness, quality gates, and technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in embedded software development, testing, verification, or systems engineering.
• Strong expertise in embedded software testing methodologies, test architecture, and verification strategies.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and automated testing tools.
• Understanding of embedded hardware-software interaction and experience with safety-critical or highly regulated systems.
• Strong defect management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
