Platform Manager (Private Cloud & Data Centre) | Technology & Platform

hirify.global is transforming its Technology and Platform organisation to provide reliable, scalable digital foundations and services across Inter hirify.global.

What you will do

• Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle of hirify.global’s private cloud and data centre platforms.
• Modernise data centres through a Software-Defined Data Center model, cloud-native approaches, and hybrid-cloud burst architectures.
• Own technology decisions, financial governance, budget management, and continuous improvement across the platform domain.
• Collaborate with technology networks, enterprise architecture, and business stakeholders to align platform capabilities, roadmaps, tools, and ways of working.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, governance, delivery, and dependencies across organisational units.
• Lead and develop high-performing technical teams while strengthening DevOps, automation, developer experience, competence development, and succession planning.

Requirements

• Knowledge of DevOps, automation, and software engineering at scale.
• Experience with Software-Defined Data Centers, hybrid-cloud burst architectures, agile frameworks, scaled delivery models, and IT service operations.
• Ability to use metrics and OKRs to track value and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience leading technical teams, coaching talent, driving organisational change, and working across mixed sourcing models.
• Experience with budget ownership, cost management, platform lifecycle management, modernisation, and portfolio governance.
• Knowledge of security-by-design, privacy-by-design, regulatory compliance, digital risk management, and complex technology operations.
