Associate Director, Sales (FMCG)

What you will do

• Lead commercial activities for an assigned portfolio of FMCG clients and grow existing accounts.
• Identify new-business, cross-sell, and incremental revenue opportunities.
• Build client relationships, implement joint business plans, and expand product and solution sales.
• Manage revenue, profitability, pricing, contracts, forecasts, and financial performance against targets.
• Contribute client needs and commercial proposals to product enhancement plans and launches.
• Support local and cross-functional initiatives, communication, and organizational development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in FMCG retail, marketing, sales, or research-related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen and significant B2B sales experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google tools.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
