Case Manager

Location: Onsite at 914 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

Salary: $22.50–$26 per hour

What you will do

• Determine participant eligibility, conduct orientations and assessments, and explain WIOA program services.
• Provide career counseling, job development, placement assistance, and ongoing participant support.
• Develop service plans, budgets, case notes, applications, enrollment documents, and participant records.
• Facilitate workshops and classroom activities and create outreach materials and presentations.
• Refer participants to education, training, financial assistance, and community resources.
• Collaborate with employers, business services representatives, partner agencies, and internal staff to achieve program outcomes.

Requirements

• Customer focus, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and learning orientation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including Internet and Microsoft Office skills.
• Mandatory keyboarding skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.
