General Manager DACH (AI): Leading the strategy, P&L, enterprise negotiations, and cross-functional go-to-market organization for Appinio’s flagship DACH market with an accent on quantitative market research, operational scaling, and executive stakeholder leadership. Focus on optimizing regional growth and operating margin, aligning Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and representing the brand in high-stakes industry and client settings.
Location: Fully remote, open to candidates based in Germany, ideally in Hamburg. Employees based in the EU may work outside their country of residence for up to 180 days per year.

What you will do
- Own DACH market strategy, priorities, resource allocation, and operating rhythm.
- Manage end-to-end regional P&L across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Lead high-stakes enterprise negotiations and client pitches using quantitative market research expertise.
- Represent as a public brand ambassador through presentations, keynotes, media opportunities, and executive networking.
- Lead DACH Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success leaders and partner strategically with Research Consulting.
- Drive cross-functional alignment, operational maturity, growth, and operating margin improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling or optimizing an established, multifunctional organization in a mature market, ideally DACH.
- Credible expertise in quantitative market research across an agency, vendor, or technology platform environment.
- Hands-on experience owning and optimizing a regional or global P&L.
- Experience as a confident public spokesperson with executive credibility in DACH insights and marketing circles.
- Strong stakeholder diplomacy, KPI-driven go-to-market leadership, and operational expertise with AI-enabled automation.
- Native or bilingual German and professional English fluency required.
