Location: Chicago, Illinois, USA; onsite role requiring a valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.

Salary: USD 21.63–24.04 per hour.

What you will do

• Connect job seekers with open positions and support employers with recruiting qualified candidates.
• Interview customers to assess service needs, employability skills, and employment barriers.
• Develop individual employment plans and refer customers to jobs, training, education programs, and appropriate support resources.
• Provide ongoing case management and coordinate communication between customers and service providers.
• Document customer interactions, maintain case files, and ensure compliance with program requirements.
• Use labor-market research and industry trends to guide job seekers toward suitable opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social services, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development.
• At least one year of experience using computer systems for data entry and data review.
• Knowledge of employment and recruiting practices, customer employability assessment, program policies, and industry sectors.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, computer, reporting, and file-maintenance skills.
• Valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage required.

Nice to have

• Previous workforce experience or case management experience.
