Training Supervisor

Location: Cranbury, New Jersey, United States. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with flexibility required between day and night shifts.

Annual base pay: USD 74,500–83,000.

What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver warehouse training, including new-hire orientation, job-function training, and continuous development.
• Build and lead a team of Training Ambassadors focused on safety, quality, and retention.
• Conduct New Hire Fundamentals, Powered Industrial Vehicle, and Quality & Process training.
• Provide professional development programs for warehouse associates and leaders.
• Track training compliance and report training metrics through the Learning Management System.
• Partner with Supply Chain Training, Safety, and Operations teams to improve training resources, programs, and site performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Leadership, or a relevant four-year degree.
• Leadership, decision-making, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Willingness to be trained on multiple powered industrial vehicle types.
• Experience in Operations or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Raymond or Crown forklift certifications are preferred.
