Supervisor Training DTC

Location: 575 Old Forge Road, Jonestown, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite work in a distribution center with regular walking, standing, and occasional lifting. The role may require overtime, weekend work, or adjusted schedules during peak periods.

What you will do

• Supervise, direct, coach, and develop warehouse trainers, leads, and DTC associates.
• Coordinate training schedules, onboarding, cross-training, orientations, equipment certifications, and process training.
• Partner with Operations leadership, Human Resources, and management to identify training needs and maintain staffing readiness.
• Ensure employees follow SOPs, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational policies.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and track productivity, quality, accuracy, and training progress.
• Maintain certifications and training records, use WMS and reporting tools, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Five or more years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or e-commerce environment.
• Experience with employee training, onboarding, coaching, and development programs is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems; AS/400 experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with warehouse employees, supervisors, managers, Human Resources, and cross-functional partners.

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• AS/400 experience.
