Location: Onsite in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA, with occasional travel to customer homes, training provider sites, and employment sites.

Salary: $19.00–$19.71 per hour

What you will do

• Interview customers to assess service needs, gather occupational information, and identify employment or training opportunities.
• Provide career advisement, develop individual employment and placement plans, and refer customers to jobs, education, and training programs.
• Coach customers on presenting themselves effectively and support employment placement, advancement, and retention.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and update customer service plans while coordinating activities with service providers.
• Manage a caseload of job seekers, provide ongoing case management, and act as a liaison between customers and service providers.
• Document customer interactions in an automated system, prepare reports, and connect customers with appropriate workshops, assessments, and internal programs.

Requirements

• Must work from the Oklahoma City office and travel occasionally to customer, training, and employment sites.
• Basic computer literacy, Internet skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Mandatory keyboarding skills and the ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Strong interpersonal, customer-service, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage required.
