Senior Payments Technology Analyst

Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States, or remote from the United States; travel up to 10%.

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 annually, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Annual Incentive Plan.

hirify.global is a global hospitality company with an in-house technology team developing consumer-facing technologies for the travel and hospitality industry.

What you will do

• Support payment operations at hospitality properties by handling payment inquiries and troubleshooting issues with internal, external, and engineering teams.
• Support payment technology migrations, implementations, product launches, and property transitions.
• Manage merchant accounts, KYC processes, user access, third-party integrations, and end-user functionality with payment providers.
• Own payment gateway integrations, payment solution implementations, operational procedures, and onboarding guidelines.
• Coordinate training specifications, implementation plans, pilot strategies, and payment technology installation activities.
• Create documentation and collaborate with payment providers, front office teams, support teams, and Payments leadership.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in technology, hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience with payments technology, including merchant onboarding and KYC, hardware installation and configuration, third-party integrations, payment provider portals, and product support.
• Experience integrating payment systems with property management systems and leading end-user training.
• Strong communication and project management skills, including the ability to work with different audiences and communication channels.
• Experience maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets and creating informative PowerPoint presentations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Splunk, Jira, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent technology experience through an associate degree or high school diploma/GED.
• Experience leading payment system implementations and payment provider conversions.
• Experience with Adyen or Elavon payment gateways.
• Located near the Memphis office.
