Sr. Plant Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; onsite plant role

Salary: $118,700–$211,300 annually

What you will do

• Lead all operations at the Houston reconditioning facility, covering safety, quality, delivery, cost, and overall plant performance.
• Direct manufacturing leaders and non-manufacturing functions, including HR and safety, while setting standards for production and quality.
• Build high-performing teams, develop operations talent, and support performance management and career growth.
• Develop manufacturing objectives, work plans, strategic plans, KPIs, timelines, reports, and communications.
• Evaluate capital investment opportunities and collaborate with operations leadership on labor planning and overhead management.
• Implement continuous improvement tools, manufacturing technologies, and operational best practices while engaging customers and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and eight years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of management experience leading and developing others.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing, reconditioning, remanufacturing, or heavy equipment environments.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, production, quality, safety, labor planning, cost management, and operational budgets.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, operational excellence, change management, and problem solving.
• Ability to work in office and production environments, including walking, standing, moderate lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, and exposure to varying temperatures or noise.
