Intern, Electrical Engineering

Location: Owensboro, Kentucky, United States; onsite summer internship with field visits.

What you will do

• Support engineering teams with project planning, equipment specifications, and design documentation.
• Gain exposure to industrial automation systems, including PLC, SCADA, and process control technologies.
• Collect and analyze operational data for troubleshooting, optimization, and engineering studies.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and field visits related to natural gas operations.
• Support larger engineering projects while shadowing experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old by the start of the internship.
• Must be entering the junior or senior year of a degree program.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 after each completed semester or term.
