TL;DR

Salary: $174,080–$304,640 annually

Day & Zimmermann, through SOC LLC, provides security and critical infrastructure services for government and commercial clients, including the Department of Energy and data center markets.

What you will do

  • Develop business strategies for DOE-funded projects and related commercial opportunities.
  • Lead multidisciplinary Program and Account Managers while maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in DOE oversight boards and support governance and critical decision-making.
  • Contribute to capture management, pricing, talent acquisition, and contract portfolio growth.
  • Build client relationships, resolve challenges, and communicate program risks and opportunities to executives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency, workflows, and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in government program environments such as DOE, DOD, or DOS.
  • At least 7 years in senior management roles overseeing substantial teams and budgets.
  • Experience managing annual budgets exceeding $40 million.
  • Experience managing integrated security and emergency services programs with workforces of 3,000 or more employees.
  • Practical knowledge of Safeguards, Security, and Emergency Management at DOE sites.
  • High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
