What you will do

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and delegated care needs.
• Maintain a safe patient care environment.
• Prepare and maintain patient records with the required data elements.
• Collect and document basic patient care information.
• Support administrative coordination and patient flow within assigned care areas.

Requirements

• Completed Licensed Nursing Assistant program.
• Active LNA licensure in New Hampshire required.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge.
• Previous electronic medical record experience is beneficial.
