Salary: $34.50–$55.20 per hour

What you will do

• Provide professional nursing care to acutely ill patients through assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, physicians, ancillary staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Direct and delegate appropriate patient-care activities to nursing assistants.
• Document care, communications, outcomes, and decisions in the health record.
• Participate in shared governance, committee work, unit projects, and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Current Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Availability for part-time overnight shifts.
