Claims Processing Tech II - Hybrid

Location: Richfield, Ohio, United States; hybrid schedule with four days on-site and one day remote each week

What you will do

• Process and organize claim file information for basic claims across one or more lines.
• Handle moderately complex claims, including coverage questions and recovery potential.
• Identify opportunities to streamline claims procedures, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma; an associate degree is preferred.
• At least three years of experience in claim operations or customer service.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal insurance-related policies.
• Working knowledge of claim data processing systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship.
