HR Business Partner

Location: Dzierzoniow, Poland; onsite

Salary: PLN 9,583.30–19,966.70 gross per month

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and leaders on HR policies, employee relations, workplace issues, and daily employee needs.
• Forecast workforce needs, translate staffing plans into recruitment priorities, and support hiring for direct labor and plant positions.
• Coordinate new-hire orientation and onboarding.
• Conduct objective, timely, and well-documented workplace investigations.
• Manage payroll processing, hiring, termination, performance management, attendance management, and corrective actions.
• Drive HR harmonization after an acquisition by implementing company programs and supporting the site through the transition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ideally 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Knowledge of payroll, employment regulations, HR practices, and legal requirements.
• Communicative English proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally.
