What you will do
- Advise leaders and managers across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and career development.
- Execute and oversee onboarding, employee development, performance reviews, and merit cycles.
- Support workforce planning, organizational change, talent development, and company culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies while monitoring employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Improve HR processes and digitization using Workday, automation, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Monitor HR KPIs and workforce metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience advising managers across the full employee lifecycle and influencing leaders at different levels.
- Hands-on experience with onboarding, performance management, talent development, and compensation cycles.
- Data-driven approach and proficiency with HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of Polish labor law and fluent Polish and English are required.
