HR Business Partner (Poland/Remote)

What you will do

• Act as a trusted HR partner and advisor to managers across Technology, Product, and Growth.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, organizational changes, and offboarding.
• Advise on team structures, workforce planning, resource allocation, performance management, and employment terms.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, retention, employee development, and engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations and support managers in resolving complex employee matters, conflicts, and workplace issues.
• Analyze HR data and people metrics, support organizational change, and develop HR policies and processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
• Experience partnering with managers and senior leadership in a dynamic, international organization.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, talent management, employee relations, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience working with HR data and people metrics and translating insights into practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, ownership, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or financial services.
• Gallup test or similar assessment results.
