Procurement Specialist (Supply Chain)

Location: Eagle, Idaho, USA; onsite at the global headquarters. Quarterly regional travel is required.

Salary: $64,900–$97,360 annual.

What you will do

• Support global and regional category teams in developing and executing sourcing strategies.
• Analyze spend baselines, category profiles, market trends, and sourcing results to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare go-to-market and supplier negotiation strategies with category managers.
• Execute end-to-end sourcing projects, supplier screening, selection, and fact-based negotiations.
• Coordinate with operations, manufacturing, facilities, regions, and external suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance, procurement KPIs, productivity, payment terms, controls, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or data analytics.
• Experience with contracting and sourcing categories.
• Analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, timelines, and stakeholders, including cross-functional team coordination.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting hirify.global standards; ability to perform quarterly regional travel.

• Plant operations experience.
• SAP and Ariba experience.
