Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year

What you will do

• Develop, contribute to, and execute energy supply purchasing strategies for North American sites.
• Source natural gas across North American locations and expand procurement into electricity and other energy sources.
• Monitor market developments and identify new procurement techniques in a fast-changing energy market.
• Ensure energy supply delivers the best value across sites and energy grids.
• Partner with regional and global energy buyers to develop sourcing strategies and tactics.
• Lead the energy purchasing desk with limited supervision and develop capabilities in yourself and others.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive procurement experience.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and multiple internal functions.
• Clear communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and information-gathering skills.
• Discipline and a stewardship mindset when managing significant spend, value, and risk.
• Ability to work under limited supervision, set priorities, and balance short-term results with long-term strategy.
