Logistics Operations Specialist (Freight Transportation)

Location: Warsaw, Poland. Full-time shift work covering day, evening, and night operations, including weekends.

What you will do

• Oversee the smooth transportation of products from suppliers to hirify.global stores.
• Resolve daily operational issues involving suppliers, delivery companies, stores, and other supply chain stakeholders.
• Build stakeholder relationships and coordinate actions toward shared logistics goals.
• Maintain accurate system information, identify delivery delays and data gaps, and alert stakeholders to issues affecting product availability.
• Improve operational efficiency through digital tools and automation.
• Help develop new ways of working and report delivery performance.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of logistics, with a focus on freight transportation and end-to-end goods flow, or relevant industry experience.
• Strong supply chain mindset and understanding of the hirify.global value chain.
• Analytical, structured, organized, proactive, and resilient approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to prioritize based on business needs, make fact-based decisions, and escalate issues when needed.
• Fluent English required.
• Willingness to work day, evening, and night shifts, including weekends.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITM.
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language.
