Process Engineer (Logistics & Automation)

What you will do

• Evaluate and optimize logistics processes across warehouse and distribution operations.
• Prepare warehouse layouts, material-flow concepts, process assumptions, and capacity models.
• Work with Operations to standardize workflows and integrate new processes into daily operations.
• Support the rollout of WMS, warehouse automation, and technical equipment, including supplier evaluation and procurement.
• Analyze capacity, throughput, space utilization, and operational performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations, Planning, Purchasing, IT, and external suppliers while ensuring health, safety, and operational compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, industrial, or systems engineering; warehouse or intralogistics experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems and equipment used in logistics, distribution, or high-volume e-commerce.
• Experience managing improvement projects from concept to completion across cross-functional teams.
• Advanced analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Polish is required.
