Supply Network Planner (MedTech)

Location: Warsaw, Masovian, Poland; Bratislavský kraj, Slovakia

Base pay range in Poland: 121000–218000 PLN

What you will do

• Manage the full product portfolio and end-to-end order management cycle, including order entry, invoicing, master data, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with customers and manufacturing sites to ensure on-time product delivery and inventory replenishment.
• Improve forecast accuracy and maintain supply network planning parameters and transactional data.
• Manage downstream planning and resolve conflicts involving inventory coverage, shelf life, and artwork.
• Build customer relationships, solve operational issues, and drive process improvements.
• Support monthly IBP Demand Reviews, supply chain escalations, corrective actions, and stock-out reporting.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, supply chain operations, or inventory management.
• Experience in an international, cross-functional, and highly regulated environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, cultural awareness, and prioritization skills.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, SAP, OMP, Tableau, Anaplan, and other planning systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial planning and its interaction with supply parameters.
• Experience with logistics optimization, supply chain resilience, transportation management, strategic sourcing, or sustainable procurement.
