Production Manager (Printing)

Location: North Mankato, Minnesota, United States; onsite at the Navitor Specialty Products facility

Salary: $86,000–$96,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate departmental production activities to meet customer requirements and delivery targets.
• Manage facility operations while balancing quality, productivity, cost, safety, and employee morale.
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Prepare budgets, control plant expenses, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees, coordinators, and team leaders.
• Maintain efficient plant layouts, equipment maintenance programs, vendor relationships, and workplace safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods, techniques, and related equipment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, independent judgment, organizational, and team development skills.
• Experience with shop floor control, production planning, inventory control applications, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Printing or label printing experience.
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience.
