Head of Finance (Energy Services)

What you will do

• Lead financial matters for the SGT Product Centre within Global Service Operations in collaboration with Regional Service Units.
• Own forecasting, budgeting, actual performance analysis, variance explanations, and management reporting across revenue, margin, cost, cash, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive financial governance, controls, cost competitiveness, productivity initiatives, business cases, and decision support.
• Lead portfolio management and performance execution across Long-Term Programs, Parts, Modifications & Upgrades, and Standard Service business.
• Develop Commercial Project Management and Bid Management organisations while strengthening pricing, risk management, commercial governance, and financial quality.
• Lead the financial aspects of the Service Masterplan and develop managers, talent, succession pipelines, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in finance, commercial management, or a comparable business leadership role.
• Proven experience in forecasting, budgeting, actual analysis, performance management, cost management, and portfolio steering.
• Experience leading managers and multiple teams or functional areas in an international, matrixed, and operationally complex environment.
• Experience in Commercial Project Management, Sales, or Bid Management, preferably in service, industrial, energy, or project-based businesses.
• Knowledge of long-term service programs, parts, modifications and upgrades, standard service offerings, pricing, growth, and portfolio strategies.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a professional finance or accounting qualification is advantageous.
