Finance Business Partner

Location: Must be based in the UK (Bristol, Birmingham, London, or Manchester)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end P&L across multiple contracts and lead senior-level stakeholder relationships.
• Lead month-end consolidation, reporting, and balance-sheet control to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage budgets and forecasts while driving robust cost control and identifying growth opportunities.
• Act as the primary finance contact for customers, managing open-book accounting and billing.
• Lead pricing and financial evaluation of contract growth opportunities.
• Partner with sales and contract management teams to drive commercial performance.

Requirements

• Qualified or working towards CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualification.
• Must be a UK national and able to undergo security clearance checks.
• Experience in developing strong relationships with internal customers and finance teams.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and month-end deliverables.
• Ability to analyze key trends and explain financial data to diverse audiences.
