Quality Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead all quality-related activities at the Glasgow manufacturing plant.
• Manage the site quality management system and maintain compliance with ISO standards, local regulations, and corporate policies.
• Supervise and develop the local quality team while promoting continuous improvement.
• Monitor quality metrics, process performance, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including follow-up and closure of findings.
• Manage nonconforming products, customer returns, quality complaints, procedures, and quality documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, chemical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of quality management experience in manufacturing plants.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, internal audits, and continuous improvement tools including Lean, Six Sigma, CAPA, and FMEA.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to work with different plant areas and liaise with divisional quality management.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
