Operations Associate Co-op (Supply Chain)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; hybrid schedule with four days in the office Monday–Thursday and one remote day on Friday. Program dates: January 4, 2027–June 18, 2027. The role requires 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Communicate operational performance trends and improvement opportunities to management.
• Monitor key performance indicators and support improvements to logistics and supply chain quality.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations teams and external partners, including suppliers, logistics providers, freight forwarding services, and 3PL companies.
• Create and deliver communication plans for external partners.
• Support day-to-day operations and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency.

Requirements

• Current sophomore or junior undergraduate student in business administration, operations, supply chain/logistics, economics, management, or a related discipline.
• Expected graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029, with plans to return to the course of study after the co-op.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship from hirify.global.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Must commit to working in the Boston office four days per week during the program.
