Raw Materials Coordinator (MedTech)

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, stock, and issue raw materials and packaging components.
• Maintain inventory cycle counts and ensure material records are accurate.
• Coordinate with shipping and receiving to send products for sterilization.
• Package products for sterilization according to validated requirements.
• Generate purchase orders, arrange trucks, and complete outbound documentation.
• Operate hand pallet jacks and forklifts while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of related work experience and a high school diploma or GED.
• Data-entry experience and proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet schedules and deadlines.
• Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have

• Forklift operation certification.
• Willingness to learn forklift operation.
