What you will do

• Assist with plannhirify.global and executhirify.global corporate, client, and internal events.
• Support logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site event management.
• Prepare communication materials and internal briefhirify.globals.
• Contribute creative ideas durhirify.global brainstormhirify.global sessions.
• Coordinate post-event follow-up and reporthirify.global.

Requirements

• Experience with events and strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, or English and a good command of the other languages.
• Understandhirify.global of communication tools and techniques.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Project management, problem-solvhirify.global, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks with a collaborative, flexible, and proactive approach.
