Auto Damage Adjuster (Field)

Location: Salt Lake City, UT, United States; this is not a remote role and requires work in the listed territory.

Salary: $32.05–$40.70 per hour ($64,575–$82,000 annual salary).

What you will do

• Handle auto damage claims in the assigned Salt Lake City territory.
• Promptly and accurately settle claims, including complex cases.
• Apply technical, mechanical, and industry knowledge to claim decisions.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders.
• Work flexibly across field and in-office settings as required by the position.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of auto damage experience.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines.
• Ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
• Solid computer skills, mechanical aptitude, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
