Physical Therapist - Field Ergonomics & Mobility

Location: Manchester, NH; travel throughout New Hampshire and between MA, CT, and NH is required. Availability for emergency restoration assignments is required.

Annual salary: $108,000–$120,000, commensurate with experience, with potential incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide ergonomic coaching and non-diagnostic screening for employees experiencing discomfort related to work tasks or physical demands.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments across industrial, field, and office environments, identifying risks related to posture, repetition, force, vibration, and material handling.
• Recommend workstation adjustments, task redesigns, and tool or equipment improvements.
• Lead mobility, stretching, movement-preparation, and job-specific injury-prevention sessions.
• Develop and deliver training on ergonomics, injury prevention, and musculoskeletal health.
• Collaborate with safety and management teams to track trends, document activities, and improve prevention programs.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Active, unrestricted New Hampshire physical therapy license.
• At least three years of clinical experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work independently in field-based and on-site environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants requiring sponsorship to begin employment will not be considered.

• Experience in industrial, occupational, or field-based settings.
• Familiarity with ergonomics or workplace injury-prevention programs.
