Salary: $77,333.26–$98,603.60 per year

What you will do
- Evaluate, reassess, and treat pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general patient populations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for orthopedic, pelvic floor, musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary conditions.
- Deliver therapeutic exercises, physical modalities, manual treatment techniques, and patient education.
- Document patient care accurately and on time in medical records to support clinical communication and reimbursement.
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals on care and discharge planning.
- Supervise and educate staff therapists and students, support clinic coordination, and participate in rounds, conferences, and quality-improvement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and graduation from an approved physical therapy program.
- Current physical therapy license and Basic Life Support certification.
- One year of experience as a physical therapist; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to stand, walk, transfer patients, and lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization, patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Master’s or doctoral degree.
- Two years of clinical experience.
