Physical Therapist-Orthopedic and Pelvic Health Full-time (MedTech)

Location: 2111 Midlands Court, Sycamore, Illinois, United States; onsite role with rotating shifts

Salary: $40.79–$55.07 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct physical therapy care for orthopedic and pelvic health patients from initial evaluation through discharge.
• Evaluate patients, select appropriate treatment modalities and protocols, perform re-evaluations, and adjust treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and daily treatment documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Educate patients using materials and methods appropriate to their understanding, motivation, and treatment needs.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in committees, process improvement, clinical education, student programs, and department projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Illinois.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• Ability to meet department productivity, documentation, scheduling, and patient-care standards.
• Willingness to adjust schedules or assignments to meet patient-care and department needs.

Nice to have

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Experience serving as a clinical instructor, mentor, or observation host.
