Physical Therapist

Location: Onsite in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Scheduled hours are Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.

What you will do

• Provide patient-centered physical therapy care to client employees and dependents in an onsite health center.
• Evaluate patients, apply clinical reasoning, and develop individualized treatment plans based on current research and patient values.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, dietitians, wellness coaches, community providers, and workplace stakeholders.
• Document care and participate in health center meetings, patient care meetings, peer review, presentations, and continuing competence activities.
• Develop injury prevention, health promotion, ergonomic assessment, body mechanics, and exercise programs for eligible employees.

Requirements

• All state licenses and certifications required to practice physical therapy.
• Current board certification, where applicable.
• Degree from an accredited physical or occupational therapy school.
• Current CPR/BLS certification with hands-on skills evaluation meeting American Heart Association standards; fully online courses are not accepted.
• At least three years of physical therapist experience in an outpatient physical therapy or ambulatory care clinic, including required outpatient orthopedic experience.
